Up for sale, a 2017 ESP Edwards Snapper model E-SN-185TO, near-mint and in perfect working order. A premium ESP-made offering produced under the Edwards banner exclusively for the Japanese domestic market, this E-SN-185TO is a signature model for Takayoshi Ohmura, guitarist for KAMI BAND/BABYMETAL.
This Edwards is finished in Twinkle Pink, featuring an alder body, maple neck and rosewood fretboard (a feature only seen on early examples produced from 2016-17). Pickups include a trio of USA-made Seymour Duncan SSL-1 single coils. The middle pickup is a “dummy,” with a three-way pickup selector wired Bridge, Bridge Neck, Neck. The SSL-1s are wound to deliver the bell-like cut and chime of ’50s Fender single coils, featuring black bobbin flatwork, alnico magnets and push-back cloth-covered leads. This E-SN-185TO weighs 7lbs 10oz, professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, slinky action, and accurate intonation.
