The JCRG-22 is an RG series solid body electric guitar introduced by Ibanez in 2001. It was made in Japan by Sugi as part of the high end J Custom line. It is a spot model which was sold only in Japan.

The JCRG-22 features a mahogany body with a flamed maple top bolted to a maple and bubinga neck, flamed maple binding on headstock, body and fretboard, with a 24-fret maple fingerboard with offset abalone dot position markers. Components include a pair of DiMarzio humbucking pickups, a Lo-Pro Edge double locking tremolo bridge with a locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines.

The JCRG-22 was discontinued after just one year in production.
