Gibson ES-335TD Sunburst 1980 [SN 0730031] [01/02]

$ 3926.26

We are pleased to announce the arrival of a 1980 ES-335TD Sunburst!

It has the same features as the late 70’s, such as a large headstock, 3-piece maple neck, and tap switch!

It has the standard ES-335 configuration of laminated maple body, slightly thinner 3-piece maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard.

The original “Tar Back Humbucker” PU is installed.
Resistance values are 5k for the FrontPU and 7.5k for the BridgePU.
(Both are measured through controls, etc.)
The output is characterized by a clear, well-separated sound that is easy to handle in a variety of situations.

The frets and nut have been replaced, and playability is excellent.
(The fretboard surface has been scraped off, so it is assumed that some modifications were made when the frets were replaced.)

The pegs have been replaced with Grovers that appear to be from the 70s or early 80s, and the screw holes underneath have been filled.
The paint has deteriorated mainly on the back of the neck, and the back of the neck is dry.

There are some minor modifications such as replacement of frets, nut, etc., and pegs, but it is in practical condition and can be used for a long time to come!
Please take advantage of this opportunity!
