You are looking at a Gibson ES-295 arch-top guitar from 1952 with the original hard shell case.. This guitar (and case) is in very good shape, and plays nice. Everything is original except the pickguard and bracket. The back of the neck and headstock were refined by the previous owner in the 1980’s. The color was matched really well. The body is all original paint. The tuners are super clean and original. I have owned this guitar since 1987.
A big Michigan dealer wanted me to consign it with them and told me they thought it could go for as much as 12k through them a year ago.
I might take partial trades for this guitar plus cash. I am into Hamer Standards and 12 string basses, late 70’s early 80’s Japanese guitars, Fender Strat Plus’s, Eric Clapton Strats, Jeff Beck’s etc… What cha got?
Local pickup available but cash only. I will ship this guitar anywhere in the world USPS ships, contact me for shipping and insurance prices.
