Model 335 is a tremolo version of Rickenbacker’s representative “Model 330”.
Maple body with bird’s eye in some places, semi-hollow square edge shape, rosewood fingerboard, 21F specification, and two toaster pickups are equipped. Controls are 2Vol/2Tone/3-way selector and the mini knob is a Fifth control (front PU trim).
Although “345-N” is marked in the control cavity, this is not a 3PU model 345, but a model 335 with 2PU, which has the distinctive Liverpool sound of yesteryear.
The pegs have been replaced and the original screw holes have been filled in. It has been fretted, refretted, wiring corrected, nut replaced, fingerboard corrected, and fingerboard glued when it arrived, and there is no paint around the fingerboard. Overall, the guitar shows signs of use (scratches around the head and around the perimeter of the body, guitar hanger marks on the side of the head, weather cracks on the back of the neck, ring marks and stand marks, scratches and polishing marks, picking marks, buckle marks, metal parts and screws are cloudy and rusted, etc.).
The truss rod is adjustable for tightening and loosening, and its movement has been checked up to }60‹.
