We are proud to offer for sale this exceptional 1965 Rickenbacker 360/12 Mapleglo 12-string. This Ricky is in great condition, with a rich, warm patina created after years of careful use and proper maintenance. The perfect grain on the back.
The mapleglo finish is subtle yet striking, It looks better than most natural finishes in my opinion. There is a slight mark on the finish on the back of the body but that’s it as far as blemishes go. The maple body and neck are comfortable to hold with the whole guitar coming in at 7.2 lbs
It sounds lush and full like most 12 string Ricky’s thanks to their signature reverse tuning configuration. It’s got a three-way pickup selector switch and great tonal flexibility with the 4 treble and bass knobs.
It has a rosewood fretboard with 22 frets and a 24.5 inch scale length. It’s got these pretty cool looking angled inlays and the overall build quality is solid and reliable.
This guitar has been well-cared-for over the years, with minimal wear and tear consistent with its age. It has only one previous owner and comes with its original hard shell case
