Peavey T-60 with Maple Fretboard 1981-Natural with OHSC

$ 929.99

Join the Peavey CVLT! This gem of a guitar debuted in 1978 and was miles ahead of the competition for tonal variety. It first found a home among country stars of the time such as Chet Atkins and Carl Perkins and has recently had a resurgence in popularity in the doom and sludge scene. It features dual-blade Super Ferrite humbuckers, a three way pickup selector (bridge, both in parallel, and neck), an out of phase switch, tone knobs for each pickup, and volume knobs for each pickup with a treble bleed network. This combo can cover ground from the twang and sparkle of a Telecaster to the full-bodied roar of a Les Paul. The neck is thin with low action, but with a substantial feel that compliments the heft of the instrument.

This is the cleanest T-60 we’ve come across at Rock City. There is minor play wear on the pickguard and a small scuff in the finish on the tip of the headstock. The included original hardshell case has light scuff marks on the outside, but is otherwise in excellent condition.
