1984 Peavey T-60 Electric Guitar with Peavey Molded Hard Case – 3-Color Sunburst, 10.4lbs!

$ 1000.00

Up for sale today is a freakin’ gorgeous 1984 Peavey T-60 Electric Guitar in excellent condition with a Peavey Molded Hard Case. This puppy clocks in at a whopping 10.4 lbs (!!) and comes in a great Three-Color Sunburst finish that showcases the grain of the Ash in such a lovely way! A few minor dings on the outer edge (see pics) but for a 40 year old guitar this thing more or less feels like it just came out of the box. String-though Ash Body, Rosewood fingerboard over Maple neck. Send any questions our way!

More from Reverb:

Made in the U.S. between 1978 and 1988, the Peavey T-60 was perhaps Peavey’s most prominent solidbody guitar made during that era, and the first guitar the brand ever produced. Many believe the T-60 has been grievously overlooked when examining historically great guitars. Though it is heavy, like many Peavey products from this time period, players have found that the tones of these guitars are so unique that it more than makes up for the instrument’s mass.
