Since its introduction in 2001, the SE series has established a solid position in the market share of the same price range and has grown to become one of PRS’s mainstay lineups.

The SE series has now added the Standard 24-08 to the SE lineup, based on the Custom 24-08, which features eight different types of versatile sound-making capabilities.

The SE Standard 24-08 features a mahogany body, 24 frets, and 25″ scale, and offers not only the powerful sound of humbucking, but also a crisp single-coil sound with two mini-switches that allow each pickup to be split individually. The SE Standard 24-08 is the first of its kind in the world.

With its varied, organic sound and excellent playability, the SE Standard 24-08 can meet a wide range of needs and is the most suitable model for a first electric guitar.
