New arrival – this vintage vibe machine that plays and sounds great!
This 2nd-owner 75′ Fender Telecaster has had it’s original finish stripped back at some point to show off the natural wood grain. Originally Olympic White, with some original finish showing in the neck pocket, and cavities. The natural wood has been clear coated many years ago, and the quality is the finish is fair/player grade.
The neck pickup is original with the rest of the wiring electronics in this guitar having been changed/modded over the years.
It has a great sounding olderSeymour Duncan Hot Rail fitted in the modern-style bridge plate (original bridge pickup, and bridge have been replaced, and are not included). 6 saddle bridge provides good intonation adjustment.
The fretboard has some wear in the lacquer which does not affect the overall playability.
Has been re-fretted with period style frets some years ago (smaller, vintage size). Minimal fretwear.
For a mid 70’s Fender it is a nice nice weight (3.89KG)
Cool vintage player grade Telecaster!
