We have a 1966 Fender Jaguar in stock!
Plate serial number is 150372, and this 1966 model was made to transitional specifications with a bound neck, dot position, and F-key pegs. The color is original Lake Placid Blue.
Lake Placid Blue is one of the major and popular custom colors. The overall condition is good, and the body is burnt and greenish. The head side is also painted in the same color as the body, creating a unified look.
The difference in color due to the way it is burned and the baldness of the paint, etc., are things that cannot be reproduced with a relic, and it is no exaggeration to say that the discoloration of the Lake Placid Blue in particular is a unique sublimation that cannot be reproduced any more than any other coloring.
The neck date is faded, making it difficult to decipher the letters except for 66B (1966 B neck). The angle of the neck has been adjusted with shims.
Pot Date is 304-6612 x 2 (1966) Stackpole. preset sound switch Vol and Tone are covered by internal plate and hard to read, but they are 304- and probably original.
Two original black bobbin pickups are mounted. The sponge under the pickups is deteriorated, but the height can be adjusted to some extent, so there is no problem now.
Replacement parts are frets, pickguard, and some PG screws. The pickguard is a different PG, so there are a few additional screw holes on the body. There is also a mute sponge missing.
The most appealing feature of this guitar is its edgy and clear sound, which is typical of Jaguar. The most important thing is that it is a premium custom-colored piece.
The originality is high, and there are no problems with the playing condition, so please consider this as a good opportunity.
This is a premium custom-colored instrument in original condition.
