1976 Kramer 450G Natural Aluminum Neck with Hardshell Case 1977

$ 2499.99

Here is a genuine American made Kramer 450G! The serial number is “10404” and the pots date to August 1976 (137-7633) and November 1976 (137-7645). The nut is 1.69″ wide, the neck measures 0.82″ thick at the 1st fret and 0.95″ thick at the 12th fret. It has a 14″ radius and “C” profile. Actual weight is 10 lbs 3 oz.

The body is in excellent condition overall. Only a few small nicks around the edges and some light streaks visible in the light. Nothing out of the ordinary for a vintage guitar and no cracks, modifications or structural issues.

The neck is straight and the frets show average wear. It’s in excellent playing condition with no major issues. The fretboard, back of the neck and headstock are clean with no dings, cracks, repairs or extra holes.

The hardware and electronics are original and in excellent working condition. The pickups measure 12.07 Ω (Bridge) and 12.10 Ω (Neck).

I have this guitar listed twice – one with the standard brown case and one with the rare flight case. There is only one guitar, so I will remove the listing that does not sell. This one is with the standard brown case which has some general wear on the outside. It’s actually a bass case but I was told is what came with the guitar when it was new. The latches have been replaced but all are in working condigion. The hinges and handle are in excellent working order and the interior has no bad odors. Some early Kramer literature and case candy is also included!

Please note that I do not set up my guitars before mailing. I have played it and everything is great as far as I’m concerned, but you may need to change the strings, adjust the action or do other maintenance to get it to your preferences.

I list some of my items on both eBay and Reverb. In the event that this item sells on both marketplaces before I can take the other listing down, I will honor the first sale and refund the second. There will be no exceptions to this!

SHIPPING: $125.00 for UPS Ground. This is only an estimate on the high-end and it will probably be less if you are close to the West Coast. I will refund any over-charge if there is any leftover beyond postage and packaging. I mail all of my guitars inside guitar boxes and pad with biodegradable peanuts. Local pickup and payment in cash are available, so feel free to contact me if you’re local and want to check it out.

TRADES: I am a dealer and am not looking for any more gear for myself. I may not be able to offer much credit for a trade since I’m buying to re-sell. With that said, I would only consider in-person trades due to shipping costs and taxes.

OFFERS: I price my guitars as low as possible and don’t consider offers, so please do not ask for a lower price!
