Jackson Pro Series DK2 Eerie Dess Swirl 2008 Electric Guitar

$ 680.45

Here for sale we have a Jackson Pro Series DK2 electric guitar in Eerie Dess Swirl finish. Built in Japan in 2008 this guitar features an Alder body, a Maple neck, a 24 fret Rosewood fingerboard, a Jackson licensed Floyd Rose bridge and locking nut, along with a trio of Seymour Duncan pickups in HSS configuration, wired to master volume/tone controls and a 5-way blade switch.

The satin neck is quite slim, offering a quick and fluid playing surface, perfect for more technically demanding playing styles with the dual cutaways and contoured lower horn really letting your hand get right up to the 24th fret.

The Seymour Duncan pickups have a bright and aggressive tone, sounding crisp and clear in the single coil positions and with a throaty and powerful overdrive at the bridge, perfect for pushing the front end of an amp. Overall a great guitar for heavier genres, while still being very capable of crisp and clear clean tones.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: The binding shows some light signs of wear to the very top edge point which is not significant. Some light cracking to the lacquer is faintly visible near the machine heads which is not structural.

Neck: Excellent condition – There is a small area of discolouration I have seen to the bass side behind the 4th fret region.

Body: An indent is visible in the region where your arm would rest. The body shows some light scratch markings at various points under bright lighting which are not greatly detracting from the overall look of the guitar. The bass side of the neck pocket shows a small lacquer crack which is not of concern.
