Extremely fine fiddle here with almost zero play wear! The only blemish on this 2023 model is a small ding on the back, and some light pick swirling on the guard. In my opinion the Jackson/Charvel Custom Shop produces some of the finest guitars on the market. The fit and finish is remarkable. I am not a big pointy headstock guy, but I am a sucker for any Strat headstock custom shop Charvel/Jackson. If you’re looking at this, you probably know what it is, or are more than capable of looking up the exact specs. The standouts for me on this guitar are 1) the NECK! Amazing Quarter Sawn Maple, Great shape, fast, and the fit and finish of the jumbo frets is as good as I’ve ever seen. 2) the pickups! I love HSS guitars but often struggle with the change in output or tonal characteristics when going from Humbuckers to single coils. Not the case with this guitar. I always heard so much hate on the SCN Fender Noiseless Single Coils, and I have absolutely fallen in love with them, and they pair beautifully with the Dimarzio SD in the Bridge. This guitar is obviously a “shredder”, however I love it for heavy blues, and it could perform any musical style you can throw at it. Located in Lethbridge, AB.
