For your consideration – well played and abused Ibanez Roadstar RS205
It’s been poorly refinished in surf green, headstock was cut at some point in time, then glued back together (i’ve got the guitar the way it looks now)
Frets 15-upwards are scalloped, frets are in pretty good condition and guitar plays well with a bit of buzzing on high frets – that’s the good part
2 out of 3 original Ibanez Super 6 single coil pickups left (these are noice, fat and punchy) along with original electronics, bridge pickup was replaced with epiphone humbucker of some sort.
Original trem got a piece of trem bar stuck inside (at least looks like this), so need redrilling or replacing sustain block. Currently trem is blocked and can be left that way, as you wish.
Original neckplate is long gone, that’s a pity.
Overall cool vintage beaten up guitar, that plays well (neck feels awesome in hands) and has a lot of original parts – would make a cool restoration or hotroddin project. Planned to do it myself, but it’s not a priority during the war anyway.
