This Ibanez RGDIX6MRW was a Sweetwater exclusive guitar that’s been discontinued and harder to come by. The guitar is actually in pretty great shape save for some fairly deep scratches by the bridge humbucker that you can see in pictures.
Description from the website:
The Ibanez RGDIX6MRW Iron Label is constructed of an ash body with a rosewood top. The long-scale neck is made from bubinga and maple, and the DiMarzio Fusion Edge passive humbucking pickups deliver high-output cut that will drive your amp into thick sustain.
The body is made from layered ash, beautifully adorned with a rosewood top. Rosewood also caps the RGDIX’s headstock. The 3-piece neck is made of maple and bubinga for their stability and clear tonal properties. The fretboard is a stunning piece of birdseye maple. These woods add up to a uniquely gorgeous Ibanez RG that still carries the line’s aggressive tones.
The guitar boasts a 26.5″ scale length to optimize string tension, sustain, and tuning stability when playing in this lowered tuning. A pair of DiMarzio’s Fusion Edge passive humbuckers deliver the clear and punchy tone guitarists have come to rely on from Ibanez. And the Nitro Wizard neck plays incredibly fast and comfortably.
