This is a very low use, near pristine example 2014-17 Ibanez Prestige Model RG652fxcbm. It will come as it did brand new from Ibanez with all original hard case, genuine Ibanez setup multi tool, accessories, documentation, etc. I am the second owner and purchased it in mint condition less than a year after its production.
History and Condition
Since 2017 it has spent 98% of its life safely tucked away in its case. In the remaining 2%, I estimate it accrued 6 months in light rotation on my String Swing as pictured. This is not a well gigged or traveled instrument, but a part of my small collection. It has no modifications of any kind. The original protective plastic has not been peeled from the tuners and possibly other areas as well.
One very small dent and light oxidation consistent with some aging distinguish it from 100% new. It has had 3 or 4 string changes and Fast Fret applied regularly. The factory fretwork and polish remains as it has yet to be fully ‘broken in’. The factory installed DiMarzio pickups, truss rod, and fixed bridge saddles are conservatively set up for C Standard tuning with 10-52 NYXL’s.
