Ibanez RG550DX-LB Genesis Collection 2019 – 2020 – Lazer Blue

Here I am offering a mint condition 2019 Ibanez RG550DX Genesis collection solid body electric guitar in laser blue color. Ibanez only made this re-issued guitar model for one year and they quickly sold out everywhere. Made in Japan, these guitars have super high-end specs, fit and finishing and are on part with J-Craft models and the like.

The guitar includes its tremolo arm and will come in an Ibanez M300C TSA approved hard case. The plastic is still on the truss-rod cover and back-plates. This one is as close to perfect as you’ll find. I’m the second owner and have played this twice over the past several years since I’ve owned it. The original owner had the V7 and V8 humbuckers professionally replaced with a Seymour Duncan Sentient and a Dimebucker respectively. I DO NOT have the original humbuckers therefore they are not included.

This is easily one of the sickest Ibanez guitars I’ve ever owned and played. I’ve had several over the years including an original, a RG770DX and a RG570. I know I’m going to regret it and I really hate to let this one go however I have other interests. This fine-tuned weapon has just been sitting in its case for far too long and I want it to go to someone who will love, play and give it a forever home!

Condition-wise this guitar is in mint shape other than pick swirls on the pickguard and a very slight mark on the body just behind the tremolo. It’s so insignificant I am unable to capture it with pictures. Other than this, no scrapes, bumps, bruises, chips or anything of the sort – just amazing!
