The AH20 is an solid body electric guitar model introduced by Ibanez in 1986.
It was a signature model for British jazz fusion guitarist Allan Holdsworth (06 August 1946 – 15 April 2017).
The AH20 features a double-cutaway Roadstar II shaped basswood body with a tone chamber routed beneath the pickups bolted to a maple neck with a 25½” scale and a 17″ radius 22-fret ebony fingerboard with dot position markers.
Components include dual custom-made humbucking pickups mounted in a black pickguard, a specially configured Powerocker tremolo with tremolo arm, Tek Grip knobs and Smooth Tuner II machine heads. The headstock features a special spider logo which was designed by Holdsworth.
The AH10 is a similar model with a single humbucker. The AH20 is the only model with 2 Holdsworth Pickups which makes it extremely rare especially in this condition.
The AH20 was discontinued after 1987. Th AH20 was only made for one year which also makes it very rare.
