Up for sale, a 2012 Ibanez Pat Metheny signature model PM120 in like-new, 100% original condition and in perfect working order, complete with the original hardshell case and owner’s manual. This discontinued iteration of Ibanez’s signature model for Jazz guitarist and composer Pat Metheny features a body shape evocative of Gibson’s Barney Kessel and Tal Farlow models with a slender 2” body depth, loaded with a pair of Silent 58 humbuckers.

Featherweight at 6lbs 6oz, this Ibanez has a smooth acoustic tone, with the immediacy and glassy attack of the hollow maple body and ebony fingerboard. The Silent 58 humbuckers are, as the name would imply, an “anti-feedback,” extra-quiet version of the ever-poplar Super 58, delivering the classic warm, open tone of that PAF-style humbucker with a special sound isolating gel on the coils that ensures virtually no noise.This PM120 has been professionally setup here at Mike & Mike’s Guitar Bar with 10-46 strings, low action, and accurate intonation.
