1973 Ibanez 2350L Single Cutaway Custom LEFTY (Japan) – Cherry Sunburst w/ OHSC

$ 1495.00

Up for sale is a killer left landed 1973 Ibanez 2350L Single Cutaway Custom (Les Paul Custom Copy) in VG condition and perfect working order. We just gave this a pro set up with a set of 10-46 so it plays amazingly with a straight neck, low action and the original pair of Maxon pickups sound exceptional.

Cosmetically, this instrument is really clean and has been well taken care of over the years. That said, it does have couple of things worth pointing out. The first and most significant is small blemish on the side/back of the guitar. Looks like the guitar was set down too hard (or something similar) on that spot and it cracked the lacquer in addition to a small part of the binding. As a result, a tiny part of the back of the guitar is protruding now. It’s not in danger of getting any bigger or anything else. Lastly, there are some chips on the top of the headstock worth noting. In addition to those two blemishes, there’s just some general swirling and light scratching in the clear coat from handling and cleaning and some tarnishing on the gold hardware. The original frets are era correct. Which is to say that they’re flat and short. Fortunately, there’s very little wear, visible mostly on frets 1-5. All in all, this is a very clean example of a hard to find lawsuit era vintage left handed Ibanez.

Comes with the original hard shell case. The guitar weighs 9lbs 0.7oz. The nut width is 1.68”. The neck thickness is .865” at the 1st fret and .925” at the 12th fret.
