This is a MINT condition guitar that was sent from Gretsch to an authorized refurbishing center where it was fully inspected ,set up and cleared by a certified technician . They are sent there for many reasons, including: Returns, cosmetic flaws , minor repairs , surplus & discontinued or last years models .
This one was made in 2022 and like many other mayor guitar makers , during the covid days , there were lots of orders placed before the pandemic so supplies were very large !!! I have found no issues with this one at all .
