A discontinued model that’s becoming more & more difficult to find, this early Electromatic hollow body features a Silver Sparkle top with black back & sides; DeArmond single coils & Bigsby tremolo tailpiece. Professionally set up by a luthier with fresh strings & low action, so it plays & sounds great!
Cosmetic Condition: Great shape for its age with some light play wear – a surface scratches and a small scratch on the neck shown in the pictures.
Neck: Slender profile maple neck with cream binding & black side-dots. Rosewood fingerboard with mother of pearl “thumbnail” inlays. Frets show some light wear, neck is straight & truss rod is functioning fine.
Body: Double-bound, hollow maple body with dual F-holes. Bigsby Licensed tremolo tailpiece; Adjustomatic bridge with roller saddle on a pinned rosewood base; black plexi pickguard. Guitar weighs 7 lbs 2.5 oz.
Pickups: DeArmond singe coils. Bridge – 8.57K ohms; Neck – 8.66K ohms. Master volume & tone controls along with individual pickup volume controls with “G” Arrow knobs; 3-way pickup toggle switch. All electronics are in good working condition.
