Gretsch G-2215 P90 Streamliner Junior Jet Club – Sahara Metallic

About this guitar:
This guitar came to my supplier directly from Guild, it has never been sold retail, the protective covers are still on the pickups, pick guard, back plates and truss rod cover..  It was tested by a team of factory technicians, all electronics are working as designed, the neck is straight, the frets are level, and there are no cracks or dings on the body. When we polished the guitar we did not find any blemishes in the finish, but we did find a little light tarnish on a couple of the tuners.

Here is what Gretsch has to say about the G2215-P90 Streamliner Junior Jet Club:

A back-to-basics guitar with a versatile P90 single-coil and humbucker combo. The Gretsch G2215-P90 Streamliner Junior Jet electric guitar is the perfect back-to-basics guitar for players who favor tone and reliability over fancy features. But there’s nothing budget about the sound. Loaded with a Broad’Tron BT-2S humbucker in the bridge and a P90 soapbar single coil in the neck, expect tight lows with a throaty midrange. A master tone, master volume and 3-way switch are all you need to harness the sonic wonders of the Streamliner.

The bound body pairs with a mahogany-stained neck; both are made of nato, a dense wood know for its sustain. Don’t worry about fretting out while soloing—the laurel fretboard has a 12″ radius. Neo-Classic thumbnail inlays mark your tonal turf over 22 medium-jumbo frets. The G2215-P90 also features an anchored compensated wrap-around bridge, gold Electro-style control knobs, cream pickguard and nickel hardware.
This guitar weighs 8 pounds.

  • FAQ, frequently asked questions
Why are instruments sent to a refurbisher?  The instrument could be a discontinued model, have a finish imperfection, or need a minor repair.

Who refurbishes your instruments?  All of my instruments come from the largest and best refurbisher in the country, where any issue found is corrected by a factory trained and authorized luthier.

Does a refurbished instrument have the manufacturer warranty?  No, any instrument sent to a refurbisher, regardless of the reason it was sent there, no longer carries the manufacturer warranty.

Will I need to set up my instrument when I receive it?  All of my instruments have been set-up before shipping, so most are ready to play out of the box.  However some instruments may need a minor adjustment after shipping due to changes in temperature, humidity, and  getting bumped around during shipping.  Also some players like to set up a new guitar to their own personal preferences.

What identifies an instrument as being refurbished?  Most refurbished instruments have a small used stamp on the back of the head stock and are issued a new serial number.  This is to prevent an unethical dealer from concealing the fact that the instrument was sent to a refurbisher.
