Today at EGV we have a 1963 Gretsch Corvette that was recently restored by a friend of ours.
This 63’ Corvette retains most of its original parts, including the Burns vibrato unit, and plays great. The guitar was refinished at one point, but was stripped back down to most of the original finish underneath, while the pickguard was replaced with a custom made replica of the original. The headstock had some additional holes from a different set of tuners that were installed, but they have since been filled and painted over. The electronics are all original and sound great!
