  • Condition: This classic Gibson is one of the finest we have in the shop! The top of the guitar has some light scratches throughout, the pickguard shows typical light scratches from playing as well as a very small crack just where the neck screw is, the washer around the 3-way switch is showing some signs of aging, and two of the knobs have been replaced. Note also that the TOM bridge has a bit of sag, which is typical for Gibsons of this age. The binding around the guitar has some surface level cracks near the neck as well as a few light scratches and dings throughout. The rest of the sides also have light scratches throughout, and there is several long scrapes along the bottom back edge of the guitar. The back of the guitar has light scratches and surface swirls all throughout. The neck is straight and smooth with a small grouping of dings on the bass side (around the 8th fret). The binding of the neck is also showing its age (please see photos). The fretboard is clean and the frets polished; the frets themselves show normal fret wear for a guitar of this age, but are causing no playability issues. The headstock has several dings along the edges as well as a few light scratches throughout. The top of the headstock has some scuffs from normal handling, typical of a guitar this age. This Gibson is over 40 years old and is still looking gorgeous, but it is definitely a used item and though I did several thorough inspections, there may be other cosmetic damage I failed to mention, so please check out the photos! Everything noted is purely cosmetic and does not affect the playability or performance of this guitar, it plays amazingly and sounds as kickass as it did when it was out of the factory! All electronics have been tested and are in working condition. Everything which is included is pictured and is ready to be professionally packed and shipped.
