This is a royal Les Paul Standard in a lookin’ good Tobacco Sunburst.
This guitar was made before the introduction of mahogany weight control, so it is heavy, but its thick and fat sound is due to its weight.
There are some signs of use and maintenance in various parts, but combined with the austere color, it creates a solid and sturdy atmosphere.
The head has been repaired. Pegs and bridge have been replaced.
There is clear peeling on the binding. There are other dents and scratches, and overall, there is a noticeable sense of use.
