Up for grabs is a really cool and really rare Gibson Non-Reverse Firebird from 2002. It’s from the Custom Shop and the “Art & Historic” line (COA was lost, but it still has its original custom shop hardshell case). This is one of those pieces I’m only willing to sell at the right price.
All original, except I replaced the switch with another Switchcraft toggle switch when the original one broke. It currently has Lollar Bird pickups in it, but I will replace with the original par-covered Burstbuckers upon sale unless otherwise specified.
Guitar is phthalo Blue. I’ve tried to photograph the color more precisely in photo #5. It can appear black in some lights. Either way a rare finish.
Players’ grade good condition. Has some finish wear, particularly on the neck and in the “arm” area. Normal dings and scratches, but still looks amazing. The CS finish is quite thin. Neck is closer to a 50s chunky style than a 60s thin style.
Thank you for looking and I’m happy to answer any questions!!
