Gibson Custom Shop 1960 Les Paul Special VOS Bigsby / 2014

Made in 2014. This model appears to have been released only in Japan.

The Les Paul Special Singlecut TV-White is now in stock, with a thinner mahogany slab body than the Standard, a sturdy mahogany round neck, and a fine rosewood fingerboard.

The sound is straight and dynamic among traditional Gibson sounds, and the P-90’s crisp and crunchy sound has a good definition even when driven, with no muffling. When played with the front pickup, the tone is very persistent, and the naturally extended sustain is very pleasant, and it produces a superb tone in all positions.

This new arrival is a lightweight with a body weight of 3.81kg, despite being a standard Bigsby model. The sound from the string tension peculiar to Bigsby has a rampant dynamic sound that matches this model very well.

Condition: Very good. Professionally cleaned and set up with new strings(D’Addario).

No problem with the electric systems. Neck is straight and the truss rod works with no issues. Frets remain over 70 percent.

Although it has a couple of scratches, dents, and tarnished and rust hardware, the overall appearance is very good.

Comes with a Gibson gig bag.
