Very special Gibson Custom Shop 1956 Les Paul with VOS finish. 1956 was the only full year in which the Les Paul model featured a pair of P-90 pickups and the adjustable ABR-1 bridge setup, a combination that allowed this Les Paul model to intonate, sustain and wow like never before. Featuring all solid mahogany, 50s Rounded Medium C neck, rosewood fingerboard, vintage-accurate gold paint, Gibson Custom Soapbar P90s, CTS 500K Audio Taper Potentiometers, Paper-in-Oil Capacitors, authentic replica parts with patina, Historic narrow/tall frets, and hot hide glue construction.

In excellent condition with one small ding on the back edge, and a minor imperfection in the nut slot which is cosmetic only. Both pictured. Includes original case, COA, hang tags and case candy.

We pack all of our items very carefully and take pictures documenting the shipment process, to protect the buyer and seller in case of any issues.

Any issues with received items must be reported to Cask Music WITHIN 48 HOURS. We will work hard to resolve any problems with your item as respectfully and responsibly as possible.

We are located in Toronto, Canada. Cross-border shipping may incur fees for brokerage and customs. As per Reverb’s policies, these are ALWAYS the responsibility of the buyer.
