This is an excellent, near mint 1999 Gibson V ’98 “Hard Rock” limited edition guitar with original hardshell case, case candy and a never event worn shirt (XL). Only 25 of these guitars were made!
This guitar is from my personal collection. There were 25 of these guitars made for the Hard Rock Rockfest event at Atlanta Motor Speedway on June 5, 1999. Stabbing Westward was one of the bands that played and they also signed the guitar on the clear coat with a sharpie. The signatures are faded somewhat and I can’t tell you which members signed it for sure. I’m also including a new, never worn or washed Stabbing Westward shirt from the event. The graphics are under the clear coat. These are fairly rare and don’t come up for sale often. This guitar is ready to go!
This guitar is all original: mahogany body, set mahogany neck, rosewood fingerboard, dot inlays, Gibson 500T and 496R picksups and Grover tuners.
Please review all the photos as they are a part of the description and show the guitars condition and what’s included. This guitar is very clean over all with only very light signs of use. There are no chips, dents or dings. There’s some light marks on the front and back but nothing that will really show up in the photos. The frets show no wear and all the heardware is clean. The case is in really clean condition as well. The interior is mint and the shroud is fully attached. The exterior is clean with no tolex wear. The case candy shown is included along with the Stabbing Westward shirt from the vent that was never worn. Condition is very subjective but I describe everything as best I can and I do have a 100% positive seller rating. If you have any questions please ask.
