1985 ES-335 Dot in amazing condition for being nearly 50 years old! Very, very minimal wear. Frets are original and nibs intact. Best Shaw pickups I’ve heard, it really pains me to let this one go.
The top and back has more figuring than the Custom Shop guitars from this era. Gorgeous 3d curly maple top and back that are really hard to capture accurately in pics.
The speed knobs were removed (but included), as is the original hang tag from 1985.
This is the cleanest example you’re going to find of a early/mid 80’s ES-335 DOT w/ Shaw’s. These guitars have been rapidly increasing in value for good reason…it’s as close as you can get to a golden era 335 without the hefty price!
