Fender Road Worn ’50s Telecaster 2019 Low Weight!

$ 1249.00

Collectors, Players, those who love rare finds!

Why buy a new Fender Blonde Alder Body Vintera Road Worn ’50s Telecaster when you can buy the original, no longer made, better sounding, more collectable, Ash Body one, ESPECIALLY one that has the hard to find light weight this one has?

This is a mint condition (if a Road Worn Finish can be considered in mint condition, but in this case, that means it has no additional wear has been added to it đŸ™‚ ), all original 2019 Fender Road Worn ’50s Telecaster with an Ash body, in the classic Blonde finish.

It goes without saying that this color is extremely popular and more rare in regards to availability than the Sunburst version, and as the original Road Worn Series has been discontinued, AND especially since Fender will no longer build Production Model Guitars with Ash, THIS guitar will become more valuable, desirable and collectable as each year passes!

And what makes this one EVEN MORE special than other Road Worn ’50s Telecaster’s is its hard to find low weight!

It weighs 6 lbs 8.4 oz /-, and that is FAR lighter than 99.99% of the Road Worn ’50s Telecasters one sees for sale.

It is also a very balanced and resonant guitar, and it plays GREAT!

Also note that this model is the second generation that has far less relic wear than the earlier version one (which many thought was not believable, and was ugly and overdone), and if you have seen a real 1950’s Telecaster in person (or a photo of one), the wear on this version (especially the fretboard) is MUCH more believable, more realistic than the first run of Road Worn ’50s Telecasters.

So if you are in “The Newer Road Worn ’50s Telecasters Look Better Than The Original Version Looked Camp”, then this version is for you!!!

Regardless, this guitar has been played very, very, very, very, very, very, very little (it has been stored in a smoke free home studio), and includes the originalFender Soft Gig Bag, also in mint/new condition.

It has been professionally setup (new EB Slinky 10-46’s are on it) the neck feels/plays as smooth as butter, and the guitar sounds like only a classic Tele can sound!

And now……………………………………………J.B.’s SPEIL!!!!!!!!

Those who prize older instruments with the battered look of years on the road and the scars of countless gigs can still have that authentically aged vibe without spending decades on the road themselves, much less having to spend mega dollars!

The Road Worn 50s Telecaster is a Fender workhorse; the original road warrior guitar. Fender’s long storied road begins with the Telecaster, a guitar that amazingly looked even cooler and handled even better the more players heaped wear-and-tear on it—great when brand-new but positively phenomenal with a few thousand miles on it. Fender’s new maple-fretboard Road Worn ’50s Tele delivers that aged look and feel, it’s built to look, sound and feel like it has survived half a century, it’s designed with 1950s specs (including a nitrocellulose-lacquer finish), and is supercharged with Tex-Mex pickups and 6105 frets.

The irresistibly cool look of finish worn looks and feels like it’s been there and back, has more than a few miles on it, and then some. With authentic 1950s styling aged to impart a lifetime of wear and tear that has somehow made it get even better, it’s a must-have for the guitar player who appreciates a broken-in look and vibe!
