Fender JG-66 Jaguar Reissue MIJ

1993-1994 Fender MIJ Fujijen JG-66 Jaguar – Daphne Blue Refinish

Very clean early nineties Fujijen Japanese Fender JG-66 Traditional 60’s Jaguar. It comes with it’s original hangtags. AVRI tremolo and Mustang bridge replace the original parts. Well maintained and obviously cared for before it went to the paint shop. Does all the things a Jaguar does. N serial number means Fujijen manufacture sometime between 1992-1993. Comes in a deluxe Fender hard case. Great sounding and playing instrument, set up on 10’s with a trad style mute.

Condition 9.5/10

This guitar is clean with a straight neck, it’s just had a fret level, crown and polish by the lads at Eric’s Guitar Shop in Van Nuys, California. Fresh refinish by Pat Wilkins, bright and beautiful Daphne Blue urethane finish that will never fade if you look after it. The mute was added to give it the 60’s chef’s kiss. Original plastics, pickups, hardware – everything minus the color. Overall, nearly pristine, excellent sounding, clean, great playing instrument from a legendary Japanese facility in a bright and modern color that turns heads. Other than the patina on the original parts, it’s like a NOS example, except in a configuration and color never available from Fender Japan, or you’d have heard about it before now. As usual, there are very many more photos on my own site deegearlocker dotcom, than Reverb will host. If you don’t see something, as for more.
