Fender Coronado XII with Rosewood Fretboard 1967 – Sunburst

$ 2100.00

Up for sale is a 1967 Fender Coronado XII with a sunburst finish that on the front side has faded into a beautiful cherry burst look. This guitar is great for someone trying to get that 60’s 12 string tone from the Velvet Underground to the Byrds when ran through a heavy compressor! It is missing the original pickgaurd and the hockey stick head stock was broken at one point which tended to happen with that headstock design. There is some wear for its age as seen on the neck and a few dings on the body but nothing that effects the overall play of the guitar. Overall, a great player with all the electronics in working order. Included is a hard shell case that has been through a lot but gets it from place to place just fine.

Love the guitar but it doesn’t get used enough to justify keeping it around.
