Overview

The 25.5-inch scale satin finished maple neck feels quick and comfortable to play with a 1.65-inch wide real bone nut and modern C-profile. A generous slab of rosewood is used for the fretboard, which offers 22 expertly finished narrow tall frets and white dot position markers. The classic tonewood compliment is rounded out with an alder body making a package that is warm and full while still offering plenty of detail, depth, and complexity. Quality hardware is used throughout with locking Kluson-style tuners.

The Hybrid II features a pair of newly designed and great sounding single coils custom-voiced for this model. Neck position tones have an articulate, full, and clear bell-like quality. Clarity is retained in the bridge pickup position, with more sparkle and snap without sounding thin. Clean and overdriven tones from this guitar are a joy with excellent note definition whether playing chords or lead runs.
