1988 Fender American Standard Stratocaster 3 Color Sunburst w Maple Neck & Maple Fretboard
This Guitar looks and sounds fantastic, the finish is Glossy, and the neck and Frets are clean and it excellent condition, of course there are a few bumps and scrapes on the body but they are small and none go through the finish, there is some “Worming” beneath the clear coat on the upper bout adjacent to the Neck pickup, only visible up close and can’t see in the pics. This is a really clean example of a 35 year old guitar that looks, plays and sounds Fantastic.
This is the 2nd Year of the “American Standard” Stratocaster the first being 1987.
The Neck and Pots date to 1988 and the neck is stamped Oct 9 1988.
