This an 2017 Eastman AR805CE with the floating pickup. The volume and tone controls are hiding nicely under the pick guard, which leaves the top vibrating without electronics impeding.
This guitar plays and sounds fantastic acoustically or plugged in. It is a solid instrument ready to gigged or enjoyed at home.
There are some finish imperfections to report. I believe that the guitar may have been dropped at some point which resulted in some slight separation of the binding in the cutaway area about 1″ in length. The binding has been re-glued and it seems to be fine. You can feel a slight unevenness when you run your finger across, but this is all cosmetic and does not affect playability or the solid structure of the guitar.
There are a few additional scratches and dings. There is also a noticeable finish scrape near where the neck and body meet. The photos show all the finish imperfections, so you should be able to transparently evaluate the finish condition.
I will discount this instrument to reflect the finish flaws, so a terrific opportunity to get a hand carved quality archtop at a fantastic price.
