Dean Razorback 2006 – Shards

$ 1150.00

Hello! Nick’s here!
With tears in my eyes, I made the decision to part with my beloved guitar. I have owned this instrument for over 13 years and it has never let me down. This guitar survived an airstrike in my apartment in Kharkiv and remained completely intact. It’s a rocket-proof guitar! Getcha pull!
Please read the story in The New Yorker magazine at the links in my profile description. There you will find photos of my apartment and learn my story. Currently, in order to finish the guitar and purchase the necessary components, I am forced to sell this guitar. This is a contribution to my guitar project, which you can learn about in the Guitar World article at the links in my profile description.

This is a Dean Razorback Shards with a hard case, strap, and strap locks. I did not use the Floyd Rose, and the guitar holds its tuning excellently. I polished the frets a bit and treated the fingerboard with oil before the sale. The guitar has numerous small scratches, but they are only visible upon close inspection. The wood, including the sharp parts, is completely intact. A few minor paint chips have been repaired. There is a sealed hole from an additional switch near the volume knobs. This was inherited from the previous owner. Overall, the guitar’s condition is good, making it suitable for both onstage performance and home practice. The previous owner replaced the pickups with a Seymour Duncan Distortion TB-6 in the bridge and a SD DCL (Duncan custom) in the neck. The DCL is incredibly versatile and sounds amazing. In my opinion, it’s one of the best pickups from Seymour Duncan.
