USA made vintage BC Rich Bich. 86556 serial number says this is one of the last USA made Bich’s to be made, probably 1984 or 1985. I bought it used in 1987 and it has sat in my closet for most of the last 37 years as I am a bass player and only occasionally practiced with it.
Very good condition for the age with a few small dings and very light worming on the back. The last few photos highlight the largest defects.
Guitar has just had professionally done:
1. polishing of original bridge
2. Fret level and setup
3. New Dimarzio Super 2 F spaced bridge pickup per Neal Moser’s recommendation. He is the original designer of the guitar. I also have the original Dimarzio super distortion pickup as shown if you prefer. Neck pickup is original
All the electronics work. Variotone, two boosters, phase switch, series/parallel switches, etc. Tons of tonal options.
