2009 B.C. Rich KKV. Kerry King Signature Flying V. Original not a cheap copy sold elsewhere. Serial number verified thur B.C. Rich website. Identified as being built in Sejung, China in March, 2009. Production number 2462. If you are familier with Mr. Kerry Kings work then you will understand what this guitar was built to do. Metal shredder capable of handling all genres of metal..Low action, plays with ease. Kahler X-trem bridge with locking nut gives you serious vibrato and pinch harmonics. You can bend the strings all night and the bridge will return to zero and stay in tune. EMG pickups, bridge pickup is active and neck is passive. Perfect for rotating between rhythm, palm muting to screaming leads. 24 frets all smooth with 1 11/16 nut. I am the second owner. Guitar has been unplayed since 2018 due to health issuse. Strings have almost no play time but are old. Understand guitar plays great and everything works as it should but it will need strings and a set-up to your standard. If you are not familiar restringing with this type bridge it will need to be done by a luthier/tech. Once dialed in correctly they are amazing and require little adjustment. Guitar is very high gloss with only a few very lite scratches on back of body. There is hairline stress cracks at neck pocket ( hard to see ) that are in finish only. Over Thanksgiving holiday I hit the headstock on a door frame and chipped both sides. See last three pictures. Still fuming about it. I picked up the chipped pieces for possible repair, if nothing else could be touched up. Comes with whammy bar. No case. Happy to answer any questions.
