We have a used YAMAHA “LL-53DR” in stock.
The “L Series” embodies traditional craftsmanship and construction, aiming to exceed the demands of modern guitarists. This series is built on Yamaha’s longstanding tradition of acoustic instrument design.
The model we have received is the “LL53DR,” featuring the original jumbo body “LL” (body depth 100–125mm). The “L” in the name stands for “Luxury,” and the second “L” indicates the large body size.
While the LL series is currently led by the LL-86, which stands as the pinnacle, the model we have has been discontinued. The “LL-53DR” is inspired by the “L-53,” one of the four legendary models produced between the 1970s and 1980s, often referred to as the “L Four Kings.”
It features an Ezo spruce top, Indian rosewood sides and back, a mahogany neck, and an ebony fingerboard and bridge. The distinctive and luxurious inlays are modeled after the L-53.
Of course, it possesses a unique Yamaha sound that sets it apart from Martin or Gibson. This guitar is a testament to Yamaha’s refined craftsmanship and tradition that has been cultivated over many years.
