Republic 508 Duolian Antique Copper

$ 950.00

Hardly used Republic Duolian 508 in Antique Copper finish. Not sure if they’re making these any more in this finish but I haven’t seen one for sale in a very long time. I’m the original owner.

Purchased last fall — I had the frets reset and a proper biscuit cone set-up done at Chicago Fretworks. Now this tank is a slide machine and needs nothing. Stage ready as she stands.

Action could be lowered for easier standard playing, as it’s set up for slide right now (but what’s the point of an all-bell-brass bodied resonator if you’re not going to play slide, I say). If you are a picker, this has a lovely banjo-esque honk to it. Very cool sound with ‘verb for days.

I’m not crazy about selling this, but the herd needs to be culled.
