Morris Maurice SC-131HB II [SN 1615] [12/21]

$ 2617.80

The SC-131HB II is a luthier model completed by Morris master luthier Takumi Morinaka, who handles the entire process from material selection to production and finishing by himself.
High-quality Ingleman spruce is used for the top.
Selected top grade rosewood is also used for the sides and back.
For the bracing, AXL, which is only used for luthier models, is employed.
It produces a more grainy, light quality, and deep tone.
The tone is indescribably wonderful and captivates everything around it.
The head is marked with the M of the Morris logo.
The pegs are made by Gotoh.
Long sustain and a solid core sound that resonates well even with a light touch.
The thin-bodied body is easy to play, and the cohesive tone with moderately restrained low register is recommended for fingerplays that highlight melody lines in the mid to high register.

There are some minor scuffs and scratches, but it is in good condition with little signs of use.
