King of Martin, D-45 with retrofitted active pickups!
Martin uses eight different grades of wood, and the D-45 is made of carefully selected top grade wood.
This top-of-the-line model is lavishly decorated with a vertical logo, hexagon inlays, and other luxurious Avalon purfling.
Made in Nazareth, USA.
All solid dreadnought body with Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood side/back.
Scalloped X-bracing (rear shift), 42.9mm nut width, 25.4″ long scale select hardwood Neck, Ebony fingerboard.
The guitar has been cleaned, strings replaced, truss rod adjusted, neck ironed, nut adjusted, and binding glued.
In addition, the frets were fretted, saddle processing was adjusted, and the piezo balance was adjusted at a well-known guitar workshop.
There is a mark on the bridge where the bridge was re-glued (paint around the bridge is floating and peeling off).
Scattered dents on the body top clear paint. There are also dents and scratches on the head surface. There are also some other minor scratches scattered throughout.
The frets have been replaced in the past, but have been adjusted so they are currently low, but there are no problems with playing.
An active piezo pickup (no controls) has been retrofitted, and the end is a jack.
This one shows that it has been used quite a bit in the past, but it is still in good working order!
