franciscan model 6904 12 string acoustic electric guitar 1970s – natural – super low easy to play action, pickup added, w/hard case

new set of light gauge strings. action is really low and easy to play for a 12 string. it plays so easily. sound is really resonant. i have had many guitars of this make out of the korean side of their branding (some are japan and usually much better) and they are pretty hit and miss. i’ve had many more of their classicals turn out to be nice feeling and playing guitars than their acoustic guitars, which often seem of cheaper or inferior build…but this 12 string is just great and a little amazing. feels like a big yamaha 12 string. seems built to last. hard case is nice but probably about as old as the guitar.
