Dieter Hense was born in 1929 and started in the early 1960’s to build guitars. He worked for Dieter Hopf but also built his own instruments in his workshop. Dieter Hense is considered as one of the best traditional guitar builders in Germany. His guitars are extremely popular among professional and hobby musicians worldwide.
This KL model features beautiful Rio rosewood back and sides together with a cedar top. The wide neck with 53,2 mm nut width provides plenty of space on the ebony fretboard for your fingers.
After almost 47 years, this KL classical guitar is still in good condition. It has its fair share of playwear, dings and some weather checking on the neck. While the saddle is starting to get a little bit low, it still offers a nice high action.
Comes in a hardshell case.
