Carmel Guitar Company Dreadnought, Adirondack Spruce top and Brazilian Rosewood back and sides

$ 7000.00

This exquisite guitar was built buy the short lived but highly regarded Carmel Guitar Company at the very end of the company’s existence. It is built with some of the most striking Brazilian Rosewood we have seen in many moons. The photos just don’t do it justice, it also has a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and headstock overlay on its Honduran mahogany neck. Beautiful herringbone inlay gives this guitar a decidedly pre-war aesthetic and its sound is phenomenal, it comes with the original Hardshell case, and if you consider it would cost well over $10,000 to purchase a new prewar style herringbone D-28 with this wood combination from Martin or SCGC or Collings, this guitar is an amazing bargain.
