Breedlove Custom Master Class C25 Pacific Northwest 2011 – Gloss/Natural

$ 5000.00

This beautiful custom guitar is in PERFECT condition. It was made for me in 2011 (it could have been late 2010). It is based on the Master Class C25 Pacific Northwest Model. All of the woods came from the Pacific Northwest, and it was handmade in their old shop in Bend, Oregon. Master Luthier Kim Breedlove did the custom abalone neck inlay, which is a panorama of the mountains outside of Bend, OR (Mt Bachelor, Broken Top, the Three Sisters, etc.). The top is AAA Sitka Spruce. The back and sides are an incredibly beautiful figured Myrtlewood. It features a very comfortable a 1 piece Maple neck with Ebony fretboard (20 frets), bridge, and peghead overlay. Gold Gotoh 510 tuners. The bone nut is 1 3/4″ (2 1/8″ at the 12th fret). Wood binding and Abalone Rosette. Gorgeous bright sound. It has barely been played and has been kept in my humidified cabinet at 42-43%. The reason I am selling it (and the reason it has barely been played) is that I quickly realized that my style of playing requires more bass/dirt. I end up playing my Breedlove Atlas Dread all of the time as it sounds better for country/blues/rock. If I was a better player, I could probably appreciate this beautiful guitar more…..but I realized that just looking at it in the cabinet doesn’t bring me the joy that it should. I forget what I paid exactly…..but the standard Master Class C25 Pacific Northwest was $6k….without all of the custom inlay…..I think it was about $7500 all in. It comes with a deluxe hardshell case which has barely been used (but has a couple of very minor scuffs). I just had it detailed and re-strung.
