Martin / 00-15

Introducing the Martin 00-15, an original model first released in the 1920s. When you think of Martin guitars, you may envision a beautifully expansive high-end sound.
However, the 00-15 sets itself apart with its all-mahogany body, delivering a distinctive, dry sound with reduced emphasis on the brighter frequencies—a characteristic favored by blues guitarists.

The visual aesthetics perfectly complement the tonal qualities, with the rich color of the mahogany and the satin finish exuding an antique charm.

Even when fingerpicking with varying dynamics, the sound remains well-balanced, thanks to the compression effect that tames the highs. At our store, we have equipped this guitar with phosphor bronze strings, but if you prefer an even stronger emphasis on the unique tonal characteristics, bronze strings are highly recommended.

The 00-15 offers a truly distinctive playing experience, allowing you to explore the depths of its mahogany tonewood and immerse yourself in its vintage-inspired allure.

The neck and all wooden parts of this guitar have been thoroughly inspected and adjusted by our skilled acoustic guitar craftsmen. Rest assured, every aspect is in excellent condition. The neck has been precisely adjusted to maintain straightness, eliminating any buzzing or fretting issues. The action at the 12th fret is set at approximately 0.098 inches on the 6th string side and 0.079 inches on the 1st string side, providing optimal playability.
Furthermore, the saddle protrusion is approximately 0.118 inches.
